Liliana joined Winpark in September 2015 as the president of the company. Winpark is a premium parking services provider operating Class-A office tower parking facilities in Houston, San Francisco, Dallas, Sacramento, Phoenix and Austin. Winpark has also developed a proprietary parking management software integration platform designed specifically for large real estate assets. Winpark successfully manages and consults on some of the nation’s largest Class-A office, retail, mixed-use, and medical facilities, as well as complex design and administrative challenges.
Previous to this, Liliana was the Director of Parking for the Houston Airport Systems from July 2011 to September 2015, where she oversaw the parking operation for IAH and HOU airports. Liliana was responsible the operation of over 35,000 parking spaces and annual revenues of over $100M. Her responsibilities also included the development of a parking team, maximizing the parking revenues and enhancing the parking products HAS offers its customers. She was also responsible for the development and construction of new parking facilities and their overall operation.
A leader with a strong background in the parking industry and over twenty eight years of experience, Liliana L. Rambo worked at the City of Houston Parking Management Division in April 2005. Prior to that she headed the City of Hollywood, FL, Office of Parking Services for over four years and was a member of the management team at Miami Parking Authority for over 14 years.
Liliana is a Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP) and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from St. Thomas University. Rambo has held key leadership roles within the parking community, most recently as the chair of the board of directors for the International Parking Institute. Liliana also served on the board of directors of the Florida Parking Association and the board of directors of the Texas Parking and Transportation Association, which recognized her with its Distinguished Service Award. Liliana was recently named one of the 30 Most Influential Women in Houston among many other accolades. Ms. Rambo has presented in many parking and transportation related topics national and internationally over the years and has authored several published articles.
