Shannon joined Hines in 2003 working at the Houston Club Building Garage, an 800 space 24/7 valet operation, as an Assistant Parking Manager. She transitioned to Winpark Parking Manager in 2005 and has over 10 years of management experience. Her responsibilities consist of day-to-day operations including tenant relations, garage structure maintenance, and garage improvement projects.
Shannon graduated from the University of Houston in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems.
