Winpark announced today that Amy Zaid has been named as the company’s new Regional Vice President.
“Amy has always demonstrated a best-in-class approach to Winpark’s operations across our portfolio,” said Winpark’s President, Drew Riley. “Her focus has always been ‘quality over quantity’ which has translated into optimal financial performance for our clients and stakeholders, along with premium service delivery for our guests.”
Amy joined Winpark in 2011 as an Assistant Parking Manager and was soon promoted to Parking Manager for the 600 and 601 Travis Garages. In this role, she was instrumental in the technology upgrade at the facilities, which was featured in both Parking Today as well as The Parking Professional. Amy also pioneered Winpark’s iPad Management Project, where multiple facilities were able to be operated remotely. Amy most recently served as the company’s Regional Manager, where she was responsible for the oversight of the operations for Winpark’s entire Houston portfolio.
“Amy exemplifies strong leadership, coupled with a passion for mentoring and developing other professional women within our company,” continued Riley. “Her unyielding focus on Class A standards for our clients is passed on down through the management ranks of Winpark and permeates throughout all of the facilities entrusted to us.”
Amy Zaid received her degree in consumer science and merchandising at the University of Houston. She is a member of the Houston Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Central Houston, Inc. Additionally, Amy volunteers her time at the Houston Food Bank, and a variety of school booster clubs and sports clubs for her children’s school.
