Hines Developed
Hines formed Winpark in the mid-1990s by gathering together a number of in-house parking operations. The idea was to standardize the diverse approaches in order to build a product that kept to the Hines’s building management reputation. Hines managed a number of diverse parking assets beginning in the 1960s and Winpark became a depository of that knowledge as well as resource for audit, project development and consulting.
By 2000, Winpark began managing challenging assets for a variety of owners interested in innovative solutions and transparent accounting practices. All of the assets were Class-A properties and many were at the top of their market verticals. Winpark developed specialized software specifically for this environment and trained numerous corporate auditors in the arcane art of parking audits.
Our market expertise is the premium office tower asset. Winpark’s structure produces a transparent, comprehensive product providing the Class-A Asset with the support and corresponding revenue stream of a premium property.
