Winpark is not a typical parking company. Our goal is to provide premium services to a single vertical market: Class-A office towers. While our experience is extensive in all markets; it is premium, Class-A office towers that remain our focus.
An example of our focus is our specialized monthly billing software. We’ve devoted considerable time and resources to produce and maintain software that allows us to manage the unique demands of the Class-A vertical market.
Software is the beginning. Our parking facilities are routinely audited by our clients and Winpark is the only operator to consistently score perfectly on the audits.
Winpark has an extensive training program, testing and self-audit tools to develop our parking managers. We maintain open lines of communication with equipment manufacturers so that onsite garage access issues are dealt with quickly.
What makes us best is expectation. We expect our managers to be excellent and to become excellent we provide a tried and tested structure within which they must work and the tools, like our software, to accomplish their jobs.
