Our parking experience is firmly rooted in providing service to Class-A office tenants. Beginning at the toney Galleria mixed-use complex in Houston, Texas to the latest generation of energy-efficient, tenant oriented office structures, our skills have been honed by working in the highest quality facilities.
Winpark develops a partnership approach with our tenants. Our idea is simple: by involving the tenant in the process of running the garage, we create ownership and cooperation by using their suggestions to improve how we operate.
Today, we are incorporating technology and sustainability as never before. Winpark sits on the Board of the Green Parking Council as we search for ways to meet tenant demands that our garages become more efficient and greener.
We are evaluating technology constantly, making it more accessible to tenants and incorporating their feedback as we move our properties towards the Cloud and away from the legacy parking systems. A good example is Winpark’s iPad management. The parking manager is able to manage the facility through an iPad and tenant issues may be dealt with face-to-face in the tenant’s office.
Our initiatives are driven by our parking managers and their frontline interface with our highly valued tenants.
