John Schmid
Chief Executive Officer
John Schmid serves as a managing partner of Winpark and is the chief executive officer of Propark Mobility. John is uniquely involved in the evolution of the green parking movement and is the founder and chairman of the Green Parking Council. John has brought other sustainable concepts from creation to realization including development of the LEED certified gold, Canopy DIA project.
Recognizing the need for more efficient and collaborative solutions in the parking world, John is a general partner of Urban Mobility, working in partnership with BMW on the ParkNow online application, which allows users to find and book parking in advance and offers the ability for garages to set dynamic pricing based on supply and demand. He is also a general partner of Urban Mobility Now, collaborating with Google on their innovative GSX project.
John is a pragmatic revolutionary implementing positive bottom-line sustainable strategies for Smart City’s connectivity through information sharing, technology and joint program application.
Patrick Boeshans
Chief Administrative Officer
Patrick Boeshans serves as a managing partner of Winpark and the chief administrative officer of Propark Mobility. His responsibilities include oversight of human resources, claims administration, information technology, corporate services, logistics, corporate legal and contracts. Boeshans is a product of the hospitality industry previously holding key executive positions with the Kimpton Hotel Group and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in the United States, Asia and the Caribbean.
Boeshans has served as a municipal clean energy task force chairman since 2008 and was involved in the initial set-up and creation of the Green Parking Council, a national 501(c) (3) organization providing leadership and oversight for the green conversion of parking facilities to sustainable, environmentally responsible assets.
Richard DiPietro
President
Richard DiPietro is the managing partner of Winpark and president of Propark Mobility. DiPietro’s career in the parking industry began over twenty-five years ago with asset management responsibilities for a select assortment of commercial and hospitality properties. DiPietro also served as a senior vice president for Standard Parking Corporation for over fifteen years, with overall responsibility for the company’s northeast US operations. He has established himself by developing unique marketing strategies, implementing and monitoring strong revenue controls, and managing operating expenses to meet or exceed budget expectations. DiPietro’s expertise includes the development of parking facility operational plans and budgets, analyzing operational, sales and financial results, and maximizing the profitability of parking operations.
Tim Willey
Chief Financial Officer
Tim Willey is the chief financial officer of Winpark. In this role, Willey is responsible for leading the financial organization and overseeing accounting and reporting, strategic planning and analysis, treasury, tax, audit and investor information services. Willey is also the CFO of Propark Mobility and previously served as Propark Mobility’s vice president of finance and corporate director of finance.
Willey is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys collecting sports memorabilia.
