Winpark has added another Arizona property to its portfolio. Winpark won the bid for management of the parking facilities at 24th & Camelback in Phoenix, effective November 1st for a term of 5 years.
24th & Camelback is a mixed used project developed by Hines situated on 8.5 acres in Greater Phoenix. The premier office and retail environment features an 11 story Class A office building with a 2 phase 6-story parking garage with 971 parking spaces, with a cumulative 2072 parking spaces including surface parking. The facility is both ENERGY STAR and LEED Gold certified.
