Winpark developed software around the parking sections of Class-A building lease agreements. Our approach was to interpret a wide variety of lease parameters in a logical, consistent basis. We gained access to an enormous library of lease documents through our long association with Hines.

Winpark recognized early on the importance of software in creating a financial structure for the parking garage operation. Good software accomplishes objectives in addition to accounting for the monthly revenues.

Tenant transparency. Our software provides the tenant with peace of mind regarding the often complex monthly billing. We made the parking invoices easy to audit and, along with tenant satisfaction, trust in the parking manager increased.

Owner Revenue. The software acknowledges that parking is part of the equation an owner considers before approving a lease. Our software provides a mechanism for assuring the Owner that appropriate revenue is collected.
