Parking management company adds industry veteran to organization.
Winpark announced today that they have hired Mary Mabry as the company’s new senior parking assistant for
the prestigious Chase Tower parking garages.

Before joining Winpark, Mabry served as the associate director of parking and transportation for the police
department at the University of North Texas. Prior to that role, she was the manager for parking and
transportation at the University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, Mabry previously held the title of manager of parking services under the police department at the University of Texas at Arlington. Her duties included overseeing the
operations of parking services and transportation planning, as well as developing and implementing industry
solutions for the university community.
“Mary’s skillset is an ideal fit for the Winpark model of high end parking management, uniquely tailored for
the Class-A office parking environment,” continued Rambo. “Her expertise as it relates to technology

Mabry is a Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration. As an active member of the International Parking Institute (IPI) since 2006, Mary serves on the
Membership and the State and Regional Committees. She has been a member of the Texas Parking &
Transportation Association (TPTA) since 1992, served on the Board of Directors since 2008, has been the
marketing and communication chair for over four years, and was the secretary, serving on the executive
committee. Mabry was the recipient of the 2010 Distinguished Service Award for TPTA and was a noted
nominee for the IPI 2012 Professional of the Year. She has authored several industry articles and spotlight
segments which have been published in The Parking Professional.
